Roof Repair Services

Common Questions

Signs such as missing or damaged shingles, leaks, water stains on ceilings, sagging areas, and granules in gutters suggest it might be time for a replacement or repair.

It’s recommended to have your roof inspected at least once a year, ideally in the spring or fall, to catch any potential issues before they escalate.

The duration can vary depending on factors like the size of the roof, weather conditions, and the extent of repairs needed. A typical replacement can take anywhere from one to two days where complicated projects may take up to a week.

The best roofing material depends on factors such as your budget, climate, and aesthetic preferences. Common options include asphalt shingles, metal panels, and tiles.

The cost varies based on factors like the size and architecture of the roof, choice of materials, labor costs, and extent of repairs needed.

It depends on the cause of the damage and your insurance policy. Damage from storms or accidents is often covered but general wear and tear may not be.

A great contractor will be fully insured and should provide certificates of their coverage. The “right” contractor will maintain a good reputation within the industry and the community.  A quality contractor will also be able to provide references upon your request.

Our warranty will vary based upon the service you select to receive. Our standard workmanship warranty for repairs is one year and our replacement service is five years. Most products we use come with a limited-lifetime warranty. Make sure to review the warranty terms carefully and ask any questions you have before signing a proposal.

Regular maintenance, such as cleaning gutters, inspecting for damage, trimming overhanging branches, and addressing any issues promptly, can help prolong the lifespan of your roof. We’re happy to provide this service free of charge to our previous customers.
