Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential customers through networking, referrals, and other sales strategies.
- Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments to understand customer needs and provide accurate, detailed estimates.
- Present and sell our comprehensive range of roofing services and products to residential and commercial clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the roofing crew to ensure seamless project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitive pricing to offer the best solutions and advice to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of roofing materials and construction processes is a significant advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
